Kevin Ross, Chairman & CEO

Kevin Ross is president and CEO of 3BAAS Media Group. The former jurist turned tech-savvy entrepreneur created the boutique strategic marketing firm specifically for clients seeking to merge traditional communications tools with new media sensibilities.

Recognized for his insight and wit, Ross is also a respected commentator. His appearances include Fox News Channel, CNN, MSNBC, Black Entertainment Television (BET) and KCET’s “Life & Times Tonight.” His musings have been featured in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Daily News, and the Los Angeles Sentinel.

With a radio background that began on a public affairs program over a decade ago, Ross has hosted his own show on 790 KABC, regularly contributes to National Public Radio’s News and Notes, and currently has the number one talk program on Internet based Blogtalkradio.

A South L.A. native, Kevin Ross attended Morehouse College and Southwestern University School of Law. His fifteen legal career included serving as the youngest elected judge in the state of California. Married with two boys, Ross currently resides in Southern California.

Dwayne Foster, Vice-President, Chief Administrative Officer

Dwayne Foster is Vice President of 3BAAS Media Group. His arrival marks a return to his marketing and promotions roots, beginning with the Press Relations Department of MTV Networks, followed by stops at Warner Brothers, Paramount Studios and the production company of celebrated film and television actor Levar Burton.

Years on the road as a performer, stage manager (Raphael’s South American Tour), designer (Club Med Resorts) and producer (David Whitfield’s Forgotten Treasures with Dorian Wilson and Marian Aalda) have resulted in Dwayne having extensive contacts in the entertainment industry both in front of and behind the camera. An effective communicator, his particular expertise includes sales, advertising, and promotions.

Foster attended Oakland University, obtaining his degree in theatre production and management. The married father of twin girls hales from Detroit Michigan and currently lives in Los Angeles.

Steven Temple, Chief Financial Officer

W. Steven Temple is Chief Financial Officer of 3BAAS Media Group. Steven holds licenses in real es­tate, securities (6 & 63), and has earned the designation of Enroll Agent, which affords him the opportunity to represent taxpayers regarding tax issues before the IRS (Internal Revenue Service). With over 20 years of accounting ex­perience, Temple has been employed as a Senior Business Analyst, Assistant Tax Manager and Controller. He continues to service a rooster of diverse cli­entele from the media, enter­tainment, real estate, legal, communication and manufac­turing industries.

Steven Temple has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting, and a Masters Degree in Taxation with emphasis in Entertainment and International Business. He is currently resides in the Los Angeles Area.
